• At nextcareindia.com, we acknowledge that customer satisfaction is main thing so we stand behind products bought at our site.
• Next Care India endeavours to serve its client to offer the best experience. We do not facilitate returns for products once delivered.
• Perfumes and deodorants are non-refundable but if you receive a product which is not as per your order, we will immediately change it as per your order or refund the amount. Further, if the product received is broken and you inform us immediately and send us the photo of the same, we will send a new one.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
• Refund process will be initiated after a check by Next Care India of the returned goods/products to ensure that clauses of return policy are adhered.
• Refund shall be subjected to deduction of the shipping cost as the shipping charge is non-refundable.
• Refund will be processed and completed within 15 working days, from the date of acceptance of return/refund.
• In case of refund for Cash on Delivery order it can be processed through bank transfer as per bank details provided by client or can be credited to the customer’s account.
Skincare cosmetics/perfumes once received cant be returned or exchanged.
Please note in case of prepaid orders, if the order being denied by customer after shipping by any reason, we shall be initiating the refund process to the customer without refunding the delivery charges.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

• Order cancellation can be accepted if the cancellation is made before dispatch of goods, cancellation refund will be processed within 15 working days. The company will charge 2.5% gateway charge and refund the balance amount to the card holder.
Goods cannot be canceled after being shipped.
